Mashburn Development is planning three towers, including one hotel and two apartment buildings, across Broadway Boulevard to the west of the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts. This site is currently an Urgent Care and empty lot. This site is in a Federal Opportunity zone and so the developer doesn't plan on pursuing city incentives. Construction to start in 2021.

Early on there was a 12 story residential, 7 story residential, 12 story hotel. Are all 3 still a go? That seems to show only 2 of the 3.

I was wondering. Does this project still have 2 that reach 12 stories. It appears in different renderings that one is no longer going to be 7. Regardless, it looks great and is in a fantastic location. Love to see the area between downtown/power and light and crossroads filling in. We love that area.
