Looks like NIFA awarded tax credits for an 80 unit senior living community on roughly 2nd and Fort. Not sure exactly which lot. 80 total units, 64 of which are affordable it appears.
I am not terribly familiar with how much detail you can find on LIHTC projects in Nebraska so just going off some limited stuff I could find.

Address is actually 131st and Fort, behind the new Fareway.
