I need some help. The land off of 10505 S 168th Street just sold. It sits between Lake Ridge Estates (North) and Cheyenne Country Estates (South). Does anyone know what is planned for this site?

I pass that way maybe once a week. IIRC that's the tract right by the fire station. I assume that most/all of it will be residential, but I would not put it past some developer to put yet another strip mall in the area fronting 168th. I'm sure that they will be widening 168th. in the near future.

Correct, it is the tract right next to and behind the fire station. I would assume it is Gretna's jurisdiction for planning or would it be Sarpy County?
