Someone wrote in to the eomaha facebook page asking what was going to the west of love Church. Looks like two new 4 story buildings. "Pacific Point Mixed Use Building A" and "Pacific Point Mixed Use Building B". Multi Family Residential, Ground Floor Commercial, and a "Parking Structure" which I would assume to be Underground Parking. Sounds a lot like the building Blatt is in at Legacy.

Is it just me or is that kind of a strange area for that development? Blatt has Legacy right there, but this is just kind of in a collection of strip malls.

Yes, it's a little strange, there's a high school, church, grocery store, etc.

For sure strange. And at first I was somewhat mocking it. But now I don't even care. Glad something other than the 'norm' is going in there. I wish them the best and hope they make it.
