78 New Apartments in Dundee

Post by Dunee »

I noticed that these renderings show 78 units someplace in Dundee. Looks to be at 48th & Capitol right across the street from CVS Renderings from the Sage Capital website but unverified location. 4822 - 4824 Capitol Ave.

Nice find. I checked out their website and they have several pictures of this project. Two have street names, 49th and Douglas. Based on the renderings, I think they are looking at this lot, right south of their existing building, Dundee Flats. In any case, I hope they will be able to follow through.

Sage capital has two other renderings for projects that I've never heard about listed on their website. One is described an 60k sqft office building just west of Aksarben, though the renderings look more like apartments. The other is a 70 unit apartment building near UNMC. Through my sleuthing I was unable to find exact locations for either of these buildings based on the renderings. My guess is the UNMC apartment building is on Leavenworth, I am curious to see what other people can find out.

I'll wager the Pacific office building is NE of 76th and Pacific. Pretty confident on that one, it looks like the Westside HQ behind the building.

The UNMC one is tougher to pinpoint, but I am thinking its across from Bronco's on Leavenworth. A nondescript 2 story L shaped office building there now.

I think you're right. It looks like that Pacific Office building would take the lots where Phillips 66 and the ATM is currently located.

It's weird. There is another HTML (https://www.sagecapitalinvestments.com/development-2/) for their developments that has the UNMC apartments crossed out.

Hmmm...this second link also shows different renderings than the first?

The UNMC apartments are at 4521 Leavenworth per the title of the image. And yes, the Pacific office building is NE of 76th and Pacific, looks like both the ATM and Gas station parcels. Both developments are good massing and would do well in their respective areas, but sage has a 50/50 track record so I'm not holding my breath.

The Mill is well underway with construction and they did finish Dundee Flats. Were there other projects they announced that were not completed?

Thanks for sharing. Those two seem to be much smaller projects, but they were not able to complete it. As, at least, some of these development projects are apartment buildings, maybe they will be able to push these through.
