Trade Winds Elkhorn

Post by U R my Helix »

Trade Winds Apartments - Omaha, NE / Elkhorn On Apartment Map
4910 S 209th Court Elkhorn NE 68022
576 Units (unconfirmed) First proposed in 2014 this project dropped off the radar until recently. Also proposed early on as Kensington Park, hence the 576-unit count unless I am confusing it with something else. Per website and Facebook pages they are ready to open in fall of 2020. Google still shows this as an empty field.

I have become far too reliant on our photo updates we must have missed this one. Anyone been here recently?

Its the same developer as Andover Pointe on 132 and South of Harrison. They build a nice produce, but do it one building at a time so it takes a little bit.

"Takes a little bit" YES ... I will agree with that. This one has been 7 years. These phased developments are really tough to track for number of units opened by year. Of course since I have the same full tank of gas I put in my car in March so I suppose I haven't been getting out much to verify these projects. I have a few more of these Proposed and suddenly now in progress/nearly open developments located but you are all likely tired of my pop up posts. :)
