TIF doc. 277 units with over 350 parking stalls in a garage. $47 million project with a $5.9 million TIF request.

Building is about 2/3 gone. Bet its gone by the end of this upcomming week.

Based on this listing, the apartment project has fallen thru. It's being listed as a possible mixed us development site. Has construction stopped at this project?
