Also: Random new thing I saw when I drove to take these photos. This site is over near Kum & Go, fnbo, and Geno's Bar & Grill off of the Northeast corner of 168th & Maple. Anyone know what this will be?

Omaha Building Permit says its a 8,195 SQ FT Retail building, permits also says "Shell Only", valued at $850,000. Guessing a tenant finish will come later.

I added to the other post as you were adding this... I did some sleuthing and it seems it might be owned by the same family that just built the SmileStation office next door.

I lease a bay in the shoppes. I have been told that one of the Smile Station Dr’s did originally own the land. They had since sold it and the bays are going to be occupied by medical related businesses. Not sure what that means but that’s what I was told from another tenant. Don’t shoot the messenger...

What I believe is the last empty lot in Elk Creek Pines is being built on.
Building Permit wrote:TBD (Shell Only) - 13004 SF -
Original Description: 12,084 sqft building with 920 sqft enclosed patio for a total of 13,004 sqft. This permit application is only for the shell and future Tenant Improvements will have their own permits.
