I thought Aldi moving into the former Fresh Thyme location at 123nd and Center was a done deal?

I thought Aldi moving into the former Fresh Thyme location at 123nd and Center was a done deal?

Personally pulling for Shopko at 144th and Center.

I thought Aldi moving into the former Fresh Thyme location at 123nd and Center was a done deal?

The one at Baker’s Square at 132nd and Center..That would be a great upgraded location for them. I’m not sure about it being a done deal..maybe someone here can confirm...

Trenton confirmed on the show 4 days ago that its going in to the old Shopko on 144th and Center. It wasn't a rumor.

So the current 132nd location closes when the new 144th location opens at the old Shopko..

Won’t this Aldi at 144th just be a replacement for the one down the street at 133rd and Arbor? Not really an expansion,

Yes..

But they are also building an additional new location at 192nd and West Center.. Thus expanding their presence in the Omaha market...

My bet is that Natural Grocers will expand into the former Fresh Thyme at Baker Square. They are expanding nationally.

Well, I was wrong! Building permit today for commercial new tenant finish for an Aldi at 13215 West Center. Woohoo!

They were going in to old Shopko on 144th and changed their mine and now going in to the old Fresh Time on 132nd.

It looks like the parcel on the northwest corner of the 192nd & Center intersection (two lots south of Lazlo's) where construction has begun in owned by Aldi's.

Facade of the old Fresh Thyme at 132nd has been completely removed.

The checker at the current ALDI store at 133 and Arbor said that they expect to relocate to Baker Square before Christmas.
