168th & Harrison (dry cleaners that exploded)

It's not ground-breaking news, but I had been wondering what was finally being built in place of the dry cleaners building the owner blew up (on purpose). It's going to be a dedicated Jimmy John's building with drive thru and also a "New York Style Pizza Place". Now, this information came from a sign hanging in the bank window next door (assuming they were getting asked left and right about the construction).

I imagine they'll relocate their other store from across the street that they currently lease in the strip mall by Sky Box. Not sure exactly what they mean by New York Style Pizza Place... I can't imagine that's the actual name of the shop.
