Looks like they lifted the HDR DT rendering for their marketing material stuff and a W isn't going here of all places in Omaha so I would look at the plan as conceptual right now, but nice that they are thinking big.

Last I heard that concept was dead and he was just going to start trying to remodel the retail center and sell some outlets. That’s old information tho.

The old wood house dealership is shown as torn down and redeveloped in these and that has sold to someone that isn’t this developer.

This looks like a refresh on the facade, which hasn’t changed much if any since the early 90s. My family had a Travel Agency franchise just West of the Blockbuster Video, kinda where the vertical boards are up in the second photo. Kohll’s even had the glass brick corner windows that Blockbuster left behind.

As much as it’s now iconic at 114th & Dodge especially now with the expressway, the ‘shadow’ of the fnbo building really makes it hard for that Southern/Western edge of the shopping center to get noticed from anywhere but the fnbo drive-thru lanes. Back in the hayday it was the Blockbuster, Travel Agency, Martinizing Dry Cleaners, One Hour Photo, and the Miracle Hills Animal Hospital among others…

Here’s to hoping they can bring something new in with the change in look…. And maybe resurfacing that entire parking lot… it needs it badly.

Yeah I am not sure. The way I read it, they are replanting to add to outlots off of the 114th. They would be for something like a drive thru, I'm guessing.
