GrayHawk (144 & Maple)

Has anyone noticed on Cormac's Website that they are acknowledging that they sold GrayHawk to John Hoich? I also have driven by GrayHawk a couple of times at night and it seems they are moving dirt east of Michael's, and construction will begin soon on something it appears. Anyone having any insights on these developments?

I heard that Grey Hawk is adding another strip mall to its development. However, I didn't think it was east of Michaels, I thought it was on the west end of the development. I know one of the tenants will be one of those noodles places(I don't know the exact name) like the one on 171 and Center, next to Pepperjax.

Just south of here at 145th and maple I noticed a new restaurant called "lettuce Express" that has recently opened.
