Came across a new project in NW Omaha a while back. I am including it in this month's Grow Omaha Construction Update Video. Here is what I found:
Juniper Rows at Deer Creek
Northwest Corner of 120th and Ida Street, actually 120th and Kimball Plaza.
Website:
https://www.juniperrowsdeercreek.com/
And from the Building Permit:
17 Buildings totaling 92 Units
Each unit is 3 stories
First Floor Garage
Second Floor Kitchen and Living
Third Floor Bedrooms and Laundry

Re: Juniper Rows at Deer Creek (120 & Ida)
I just drove past this one a couple weeks ago. We got lost in NW Omaha coming home from Cunningham and just happened to drive pass this. It caught me by surprise. It's a nice looking project. I do like that they have some 3 bedroom units. Always good to see some new units that work for larger families.Brad wrote: Tue Oct 26, 2021 9:38 pm Came across a new project in NW Omaha a while back. I feel like its flown under the radar. Other than the website and the building permit, I really didn't see much about it.ita wrote: Wed Oct 27, 2021 9:05 am

There is also a cul-de-sac with 6 villa lots too. That appears to be done and ready for them to start building the villas.
