That really looks good! Since it is taking up parking are they planning on having a garage inside for residents as well as public anywhere?

I believe it mentioned that there is going to be a city garage built nearby. (400 spaces)

Any updates on this project? In the TIF documents they stated that they were hoping to start construction by last fall, but I think the apt building is still standing on this lot. I would think with the street car announcement this project would be full steam ahead.

I really hope this one gets built, but wouldn’t be surprised if the 10-15% spike in material/construction costs has forced them to delay the project. Some developers are finding they need to increase the number of rentable units and even increase the overall building size or height to help offset the higher construction cost. More renters means more money coming in.

Hausmann construction has cement barricades around this lot, and they have traffic lanes closed around it. Is this the start of this project?

From memory it's also for the public, along with that at MTC.

No clue, or can't recall if it was also a TOD.

For sure. The 9 story project will have ground floor retail and a few floors of parking (400 spaces). The potential WOWT project will not need/have as many floors of parking, but maybe we could still see it in the 7-8 story range, especially if it some ground floor retail?

Nice. I drove by here the other week and noticed how much ground/foundation work is being done. This is one of my most anticipated developments right now. It can serve as an example of the type's of developments we can see with the streetcar, particularly in west downtown and midtown.

I tried to go back and read about this new development but couldn't find anything on why they are digging such a deep hole. Anyone know? Is it underground parking? I just see mentions of ground level retail, but not sure why they need to go 12 feet below ground.

No floor plans except level 1, but I see the parking amounts, which indicates P0. With 103 spots, the whole basement is parking.
