For what that costs, I hope the developer does more of these in Lincoln and eventually Omaha. Very nice addtion.

Seem super reasonable for what you're getting! I'm surprised this has been on zillow so long! There are only 3 listing in downtown lincoln over 600k right now. Here in Des Moines, there is way more demand than there is supply in the downtown high end market, wonder if Lincoln is the same?
