They talked about the old Lake view Golf Course this week on Grow Omaha.
-50 Acres
-Preserve the lake
-Big Box on 72nd
-mixed use
Good mix of residential buildings, including row houses and apartments.
Also the old Granary (Bushwackers) is for sale, they think it could be a miniature old market with actual lofts in the old silos.
