PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The proposed multi-family housing development will be on a 1.46-acre undeveloped lot in the
Falcon Ridge Mixed Use development. The project includes one 15,600 square-foot, four-story
building, with 50 two-bedroom rental units. Forty of the units will be restricted to residents with
incomes at or below 60 percent of the Area Median Income, and 10 units will have no income
restrictions. All 50 units will be age-restricted to 55 and over. The building will front on Drexel
Street with pedestrian oriented open space in the front (north side of the building), and 57 parking
stalls and a trash enclosure in the back (south side of the building).
The surrounding properties include Village at Falcon Ridge condominiums zoned R6-Low Density
Multi-Family Residential to the west, convenience storage facility zoned Mixed Use to the south,
undeveloped 0.26-acre outlot for drainage purposes zoned Mixed Use to the east, and Beadle
Middle School zoned R4-Single Family Residential (high density) to the north.
I’m curious if there is any way you can tell me the paint color and brand used inside of the units? My mom lives in your building and I love the wall color and would love to use it in our home. It’s a very pale gray with no weird undertones. I’m bought tons of samples and am having a hard time finding that! Sorry if this is a silly question.
