180th & Meridian (just south of 180th & Giles)

Does anyone know what they're putting in at the corner of 180th & Meridian? I can see it out our front door and can't tell what it's going to be. It started to look like a divided road of some kind (a left side and right side) but I just noticed they've filled in the middle with concrete as well.

As large as that is I would think it's a parking lot of some sort, but I'm not sure. It's a weird intersection... the whole thing they put in to go over the railroad tracks on Giles and the bridge at 180th is odd.

What you're seeing is a road (181st Plaza) with 3 parking areas on each side. There is a 90-unit, podium building under construction currently (well, more like waiting on the surcharge to settle), and we have plans for another 120 units to come.

Any retail/food service/etc planned for that corner or any of the surrounding corners that you're aware of? I imagine the corner of 180th & Giles (NW corner) can't hold much aside from a gas station if that's even planned for there. There's already a HyVee, Casey's and some others nearby so I don't know what franchise would put a location on that spot.

I do not think we are getting any food of retail locations but Scooters and the car washes always surprise me. 192nd and 370 is building up to be food spot for the area.

True - we know for sure there's the Culver's obviously. Didn't someone say something about a Chipotle? Do we have confirmation on anything else like the Chick-fil-A, Cane's, McDonald's, etc?
