Walmart Neighborhood Market at 168th and State

I'm hearing a rumor of a Walmart Neighborhood Market in vicinity of 168th and State (ie the State Street jump project area).

Meaningful for me, as I live in Bennington proper and it's currently about 6 miles to groceries on Maple. I feel like there's more than enough residential to support this or a Fareway up here.

At one point there was talk of Fareway going in out there somewhere, though it might have been a tad farther west. I love the one at 132nd and Fort.

Wonder if, after a location selection if that is the Fareway that ended up being announced in Valley?
