This lot sold recently. It’s a small auto repair shop, but the plans are to develop into apartments. I don’t have detail on number of units but another improvement for the Leavenworth corridor.

It would be great to have reliable transit down to Aksarben, especially later in the evening. Being able to to to the Mavs games without driving would be amazing. One bus an hour that stops at 9:30 just doesn't cut it.

A drive down Leavenworth is a glimpse at Omaha’s future.

A road digestion would be perfect on for Leavenworth. For the "Vision Zero" plan, it is marked as high priority for road digestion. Hopefully happens sooner rather than later. This would be a good spot for a little district with slower traffic, street parking, and a few more restaurants/businesses.

I would love for some later service here. Westbound service is completely finished by 9:45pm on all days but sundays, and if you are further east your last pickup heading west could be as early as 9:15.

BRT doesn’t have to have intensive investment, which is why Leavenworth could be a great corridor for it. You could spend a few million to easily just increase frequency and do a bit of painting and the city could easily create a new good rapid transit route, while also encouraging more TOD along it.

There has been some movement here over the past couple of months, glad to see something happening.

Hopefully Leavenworth gets more pedestrian friendly, it is not the most pleasant road to walk next to.

I appreciate that, according to the plans, all of the first floor windows facing Leavenworth will look into the building's amenity space, rather than be a blank wall or look into a parking garage.
