No, We have a world class one at the Zoo, and if you don't want to go there, go to Cabela's!Padre wrote: Fri Jul 05, 2024 2:22 pm Shall we get one for Oakview?

Yeah I never understand how these aquariums work if there is a zoo in town with something similar.

Jungle Reef in El Paso is $14.99 for adults and $9.99 for children and seniors.
Omaha's zoo is $31.95 for adults and $24.95 for children in the summer. $19.95/$13.95 in the winter.
Besides being cheaper, a mall aquarium might be more conveniently located for some people. Zoo is more of an all-day type of destination, where a mall is more casual. Also easier to catch random shoppers or other people that weren't planning on going to the aquarium.

Nah, Oak View is a terrible location for this. Far from freeways. An aquarium makes more sense as part of an expansion of Nebraska Crossing.
Again I'll state they need to do one of three things:
Again I'll state they need to do one of three things:
- Bulldoze the entire thing and add a street grid, a park, and 2,000+ apartments (with a focus on 3-bedroom+ units that cater to families)
- Partially bulldoze and add apartments
- Or at the absolute minimum, build apartments in place of some of the parking lots
