Second that - they probably only have 2 or 3 in that area within 6-12 blocks. I'm surprised they haven't tried to expand in the area yet. Where are people buying their CBD, Kratom and other essential life-saving products?

Do you think when they open a "new" store they bring in old fixtures and other items so that they don't look too nice?

I feel like they pretty much sit empty until someone tears them down....with a few exceptions.

My CVS is closing in Bellevue across from the Walgreens. That used to be a Krispty Kreme there and they tore it down for the CVS. The CVS has looked in bad shape in recent years. So, it's not surprising me this is happening....but, I'm required to utilize CVS for maintenance meds and cannot move across the street to Walgreens.

It's not a huge deal, just a little hassle, but now I have to drive a few miles further to the CVS inside Target on 370 and will have to go in vs. utilizing drive up.

Something feels wrong with forcing people to utilize one pharmacy when they are closing left and right.

That one on 64th and Ames has been sitting empty for as long as I can remember. At least 30 years.

If the owner is still getting paid and the lease is in effect, they have little incentive to do any new recruiting. If anything, the leasor should be looking for an acceptable subleaser or replacement.
