They poured the last floor yesterday afternoon and usually raise the forms 24 hours later. I'd expect that to begin later this afternoon but surely before the end of tomorrow.

Yep went up, I’m looking at it right now. The number you can now see on the elevator shaft is 23, plus 2 floors covered so 25.

My guess would be before the end of the year, but that's only a guess.

When driving by last week, I noticed they’re hanging steel or aluminum strips on the sides of the garage concrete. I’m assuming this is for the facade. Also, each floor of the garage is now clearly labeled on the north east edge. They were also poring or preparing to pour the connection between the ramps and ground level.

My wife and I were downtown Thanksgiving day and were pleasantly surprised by every little nuance from Epply general aviation clear over to Farnam at Saddle Creek. I noticed how narrow the floors of the parking garage look..weird but functional. I have to ask a question about folks parked on the upper floors. Surely they have ramps that say go all the length of front to back and cover more drop with less slope while covering say 3 or 4 levels at a time? I'd spend 30 minutes a day going to and from my 15h floor stall! Assigned stalls couldn't be every man for himself could it? Ha Ha. I know it's been covered before but if I can see a foot's difference in elevation from 16th street down to 14th I'll get out my soap boxer and race ya'!!

Confirmed that they are indeed getting started on the glass curtain wall.

The column forms seem to indicate that the top floor of parking will be covered. Inwards, you can see they’re extending some large columns that steel for the tower will likely rest upon.

Was just out on the balcony of our office at 31st and Dodge, and the core is *almost* visible. It's a great vantage point to show the current height versus FNBO and Woodmen.

I don't know if it's even close, or if itll even show, but I keep on looking for it at the top of the hill of Parkview drive just north of Maplewood Blvd. I frequent that road, and although I rarely make it Downtown, i can still see whats going on eastward. That has to be one of, if not the highest peak where you can see everything looking east.

Personally I’m looking forward to the view from the top of the hill at 90th street coming off of the W Dodge Expressway

Seeing a third tower making its place in the skyline, I29 coming from the north or south will be a nice approach.

Having lived in Omaha most of my life, W. Dale Clark Library was all I’ve ever known to be in that spot. I’m completely blown away as to the transformation of downtown Omaha, and The Riverfront. Just amazing photography, Brad!

we go to dinner in Glenwood almost every Friday night and I see that view coming back on Hwy 34. Definitely nice to see home from 15-20 miles away. Similar thoughts when coming in from I-29 from the north.

I’ve got family in and near Blair so I would always take I29 and Hwy 30 there and back, coming back into Omaha is pretty sweet, especially at night. I believe the Omaha skyline can be seen way up in the area of Hwy 30 and I29, and likely beyond that, especially on a clear day or night.

Yeah, this new building will block a lot from this show, but I think its still going to be in view from plenty of other angles.
