Depends where you’re looking from. From the riverfront parks it almost appears to be taller already as you can see in Brad’s photos on the previous page.

You could say that about almost any building looking at it from the right angle. It won’t actually be taller for quite a while. I’d guess sometime in the spring.

Thank you, knew you would come through. Quite a bit more than the other two.

So with that in mind, it’s about 170 ft from overtaking the Woodmen including the difference in elevation. So probably 9-10 floors or probably about 5 more months.

I'm guessing they mean due to the holidays. I could see that delaying them raising the core up.

Yeah, I meant to say delayed to the holidays. I'd assume workers would be given Christmas off, thus delaying construction a few days.

Pretty impressive for Omaha. Not much for Midwest cities except us, Chicago and Indianapolis.

New York is still getting a lot of office buildings. The top tier office market is still strong, it’s really just the class B and C markets that are struggling
