Amazing to me how close downtown appears to be from Lake Manawa. If this forum had the 'like' function, you and Skinzfan (and others) would have received quite a few from me.

I would think that it should be going up another level here soon. Also wonder when steel starts going up ( thought it would be around March/April)

The outline I pointed out does not match the floor plate in the Planning Board. It does on the left side, but definitely different on the right side.

The tower steps out two floors at the base on the west side, IIRC one of these will be the cafeteria.

I agree on both accounts. The concrete part took forever, but the steel should go more quickly. Also love seeing all the new windows on the Duo.

It does appear the configuration of the core changes once the low rise portion of the tower transitions to the high rise. Not all elevators go to the upper floors. I'm not sure if they are at the point yet but they have to be close.

Looking back at the TIF doc, it does appear to change around floor 30/31, so I think we are right at that now.

That was what I saw as well; however, the illustration posted just recently (showing the amenity level bump-outs) indicates that has changed from what the TIF document shows.

Different elevator banks for different sets of floors is pretty standard in high rise construction
