For a while I had known it had a twin in Lincoln...:

...but came across its triplet in Houston through random exploration:

The Lincoln and Houston iterations appear to be nearly identical. The faux second story window spacing is a little different and the bay with the attached drive through is on opposite sides, but that appears to be about it.

Another example of this are the Union Bank buildings at 70th & Pioneers in LNK and 178th & Center in Omaha. Nearly identical buildings with a bank below and office space up top. Would spec building be the proper term for buildings like these?

Isn’t a spec building called that because they break ground without any leases signed?
