I decided to start this thread because I saw #19 Nebraska beat my adopted team #6 Tennessee 7-1, behind a great Bahl performance. I guess if she stays healthy, Nebraska could be in for a special year. They play #13 Texas Tech today and #24 Miss. St. tomorrow, I assume Bahl will be pitching in both those games.

I was looking for this thread and looks like nothing has been added since Feb.
Nebraska softball won their NCAA Regional and are playing #7 Tennessee in the NCAA Super Regional. They beat Tennessee yesterday 5-2 and they play each other again at 4 this afternoon. The game is on ESPN.

Jordy Bahl has been named one of three finalists for the USA Softball player of the year award.

Jordy Bahl is officially the national player of the year.
The Nebraska pitcher and utility player received the honor Wednesday from the National Fastpitch Coaches Association. Bahl is the Huskers’ first NFCA Player of the Year honoree. She was also a unanimous NFCA First-Team All-America selection.

Well earned,

One more year of eligibility. It will be interesting to see what next season brings.
For the record  NEBUGEATER does not equal BUGEATER    !!!!!!!

Would love to see NU get aggressive again in the portal.
