Looks like 30 townhomes and 90 apartments to be built on the site where a small church has been just south of Pacific Street.

I love the townhomes. These are nice set of plans - each development should have to submit plans like this!

They look utterly sterile and austere to me. I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
