Seems strange in 2025 to open a restaurant with basically no internet presence. I don't see a website and their Facebook pages has 1 photo of a cheeseburger. No menu or anything.

Not wanting to rub salt in a wound but this sounded like a terrible business decision from the get go. The fact that they opened in December and closed four months later…well, not enough money in the bank to see the place through the slowest season of the year. And their menu lacked any focus. Give us Mexican food, or Thai, or Indian, or Greek or Italian or whatever, but pick one and then focus on making your food the very best of that genre. It’s a shame because the outdoor dining season is just kicking in and the location has a wonderful, quiet and scenic rear patio overlooking a golf course.

I was always surprised Copal wasn't busy when we went there. The food was amazing. Benjamin's was good, but we were too late to find out they had a secret menu with many of the Copal favorites.

That said, does anyone know when Mi Tierra is going to open? How is their Lincoln location?
