Surrounding properties include Development Reserve (DR) zoned outlots to the west and south, Single Family Residential (R4) zoned subdivision to the east across 156th Street, and Agricultural (AG) zoned farmland to the north across State Street (pending rezoning from AG to Mixed Use).
The submitted development plans include two, one-story, multi-tenant, commercial buildings on a 1.83-acre vacant lot. Other proposed improvements include landscaping, surface parking and an unshared vehicular access from Whiting Circle. The proposed buildings are 7,500 and 5,000 square feet, with the FAR of 0.16. The applicant has also requested an increase in the allocated sign area for Lot 482 from 500 to 808 square feet.
Recently moved out to Bennington, didn't see a thread for development for the area. Seems like just a matter of time until retail starts getting developed
