Looks like Milt's Golf Course and driving range will go away and Goodwill will build a 155k SF warehouse, office, storefront facility in its place.

Ah, Milt's is such a friendly, relaxed place. I will miss it.

I'm not a golfer, but seeing this go away for something for the Goodwill corporation? yuck. that's kind of gross. Not much good can be said about Goodwill.
