Back in November or December, these old medial office buildings were torn down behind the Krispy Kreme. Nothing on the planning board for it.

Ohlinger? My dad went to Ken for years. They were both from Templeton. I think his son took over, but his son was getting up there, too, when I was there last in 2009.

I can't imagine the demand for real estate in that part of town. I wouldn't say blighted per se, but there are certainly sexier corners.

I actually wouldn't hate one of those 4+1's that I complain about all the time. It's about 2 acres, on a bus route and close to a grocery store. I am sure the neighbors would oppose it, but it is a nice site for something like that. Nothing too crazy, maybe a 100 unit building, something like that.
