I saw that Oak investment real estate announced that the old vfw building at 3302 leavenworth st has just sold and is already being turned into something thats going to bring life and vibrant amenities to the area. Anyone have any idea what its going to be?

No idea, but its already fit out as a bar so I would assume that will be an element of it.

I dropped by last night. Definitely more of a working class vibe than Secret Park or True American but it should serve the area well. Unfortunately the beer taps weren't working but it was a great spot for some people watching.

Agreed. The bars are great but a food option that doesn't require driving would be ideal.
