No documents have been submitted to the city yet, so probably not redevelopment stuff.

Does anyone know if this is purely staging stuff for the streetcar line (that runs along the south side of the complex), or if this might be a start of something redevelopment wise?
I saw that too and my first thought was streetcar.

Sounds like the city is taking ownership of the parking garage just west of the main building April 1.

Curious to see what happens to this property. Would like the tallest building to be saved if possible. Although I was never a huge fan of its design.

They have already said the intention is to save/repurpose the current 15 story building.
