Honestly, I was thinking about this yesterday. Has this been one of Nebraska's best years ever for the athletic department? The football team went to a bowl game, men's basketball has their best season ever, the women's team goes to the tournament and wins a game, NU softball makes a return to the CWS, and baseball hosts a regional for the first time in quite a while.

I think this past season for Husker sports was eye opening for many. Look at the attendance for both basketball and softball/baseball. I think the momentum will lead to higher NIL spending and continued upgrades for the sports.
