Tower District - Papillion (84th and 370)

Phase I of the Shoppes of Tower District broke ground this week. This is the overall map, and the highlighted section is Phase I -- they claim four of the six bays are leased, including the one on the end for a restaurant with a patio. In the comments on a Facebook post on their page, the person who runs their account said it's a local concept and they're waiting for them to make the announcement themselves, but that it should happen in the next month.

They also claim to be pushing for a grocery store. Someone asked about Trader Joe's, and I found this comment to be interesting:

"Trader Joe’s has been pushing to be closer to the interstate but the sales team has not given up on them." We live in the area and while I'd love a TJ's close by I agree it's probably not the best spot for one -- but it's curious that rather than answer no (or not at all) they claim TJ's prefers somewhere else. Southport maybe?
