I got this too. Reading a little on these being opened a number of places I get the feeling they are temp pop up stores but I have not seen it eather way for sure

Went to NEX last weekend and there’s a Starlink shop in that mall. Looked like a joke, almost like a kid who threw up a lemonade stand. I won’t give that clown a dollar so he’s not catering to me, but perhaps that’s the magical solution to getting subscribers to slower-than-fiber internet for more cost?

So does many Home Depot locations

All of their customer support is via email / App access, with no inbound phone or service tech. Wonder who is really running these locations. I am "guessing" it is a third party that has a retail sales agreement

Where is it located? Former store use or what is it next to?

This story dated Dec 15 indicates that the Starlink store at Nebraska Crossing is the first one. There are more planned with two more in Nebraska. That seems strange to me. Why wouldn't they spread their first brick-and-mortar stores out?

Elon Musk’s SpaceX is launching into the nation’s retail game with its first in-person location for its internet provider, Starlink.

Tucked into the Nebraska Crossing shopping center in Gretna, Nebraska, the inaugural Starlink store sells its Starlink Kit, alongside Starlink-branded merchandise, according to an X user that visited the store, which apparently counts footwear maker Crocs as a neighbor.

The Gretna store isn’t Starlink’s only planned retail opening, reported PC Mag. A newsletter that reportedly went out to subscribers detailed the company’s plans to expand internet access in underserved U.S. regions by adding three additional brick-and-mortar locations: one at Omaha’s Westroads Mall; one at SouthPointe Pavilions in Lincoln, Nebraska; and another in Sioux Fall, Indiana’s Empire Mall. Starlink also plopped a self-service vending machine in West Des Moines, Iowa’s Jordan Creek Town Center.

I am looking at Starlink for my MIL and actually went to Nebraska Crossing last night to see what I could learn. Looks like the Starlink store has come and gone. I wonder if they all closed and if it was just a pop-up test.

Ha. It's even worse than you're giving them credit for: "Sioux Fall", is what they wrote. A singular waterfall is what they think the city is named for.

Elon Musk is a |expletive| knotsee, but FWIW the Starlink product on United flights is amazing.

I would certainly have to consider this product were I to ever go semi-off grid in a mountainside bunker.

I have been on two cruises over the last 5 years. Both on Holland America. Between the first and second, they upgraded the Wi-Fi available for purchase from "whatever" to Starlink on all ships. The change was amazing.
