There's not currently any accent lights on the West side of the tower.

This is the perfect picture, it shows where the lights are, they’re just not turned on yet. The east side is the same way.

really cool time lapse. Wish they would have started a year earlier so we could have seen the tower go up, as opposed to just the topping out/crane coming down...
