Sounds like eventually seven locations in Nebraska, by this franchiser in Omaha, Lincoln, and Grand Island.

Looks like the closest might be Coralville IA, and the KC area

Had it in Texas. It’s really a one-note place to eat. I wasn’t that impressed, but hey….the limited scope works for Raising Cane’s

Reminds me of Deviled Egg Co.. Kind of a one off trying to do one thing really well, but it's hard to say if chicken salad can create repeat customers.

Not the same category as Deviled Egg Co at all. They were a single location and trailer before they picked up and moved to Tx. I believe they have two or three locations now.

This company has 340 locations open and 52 on the way through franchising

We have one in town here in Florida. I have been to it a few times. I like it! I'm glad it's coming to Omaha.

It's fun trying the different flavors of chicken salad. You can buy a sandwich with a side or buy a container of the salad mix to make at home. A lot cheaper to buy the mix.

It does cater to an older crowd. Expect to see a lot of grandmas. lol Maybe it's just this location, but it was my observation.

I have seen these more and more. When I travel south for work they seem to be in a lot of cities. Recently saw them in OKC (very busy) and in KC. I think it will be popular.

Depending on where you are in Florida, that alone can cater to the older crowd!

While I’ll eat chicken salad sandwiches, I have never been there. My wife and her friends say it’s decent enough though.
