Omaha By Design influence seen in early plans for old Avaya site
Omaha World Herald wrote:Plans for a new commercial development on 60 acres of the former Avaya property northwest of 120th and L Streets include Omaha By Design concepts such as walkways, a plaza and green spaces.

The new development on the eastern portion of the Avaya property will include retail stores, office space and restaurants.
We will wait and see on this.

I thought that this location was going to be for the relocated Millard Lumber. Or is it not going to take up the entire lot?

The walkways/greenspaces are nice... but I'm waiting for the 'four corners' intersections which Omaha by Design promises to bring (obviously not to this project).

I believe that this is talking about the SE section of the campus.
Millard Lumber would be in the NW - if I am guessing right.

Although this stuff takes a long time to see happen I am thankful that the design standards are being used…… finally!
