Here is one example which I caught while making my milk trip. Spring Ridge Plaza... (a nightmare to this astronomy hobbiest... but to everyone else... some very attractive lighting)... strip retail... but with the strip fully opened up to shops around all four corners. Fountains, seating, cool lighting...
If anyone has driven by Legacy Village, the Shops of Legacy, the Shoppes at Lakeside, etc, etc... you'll find the same attention being given to these elements. Let's hope this trend continues.
