Yes this is an awesome project. They were constrained by the fact that Cole Creek floods so what do they do.......They thought outside the box and put the parking lot below. I wish more developers thought this way. I hope this raises the bar for future development!!

As I rode by on the Keystone trail tonight, I saw that they have almost finished a parking to the back (south) end of the property. It looked like the footings had been poured to the north of this parking lot.

I don't remember anything being there before Sharkeys. At one point while it was Sharkey's, Zios was in part of it. That Zio's had the same New York artwork that was in the former Noah's of Miracle Hills. I always wondered if maybe it really was the same pieces, perhaps given or sold when Noah's closed. Man, I still miss Noah's.

A portion of the parking is below the building but there is still lots of lot

surrounding the building too... All in all this site should be part of the park system but no $$ for that! Its not bad though considering that.

Yeah I bet a number of folks will use the trail to commute. Thats really not a bad idea. Now I wished I was close to the trail system.

Maybe some of yall knew this but according to 24hourfitness.com this location is not going to be open 24 hours! Closing at 10pm 4 nights and 8pms Fr-Sun.

Being a member of 24 I asked about the website. The limited hours are only for an office nearby used to sign up new members for the new location. When the building opens it will be open 24 hours (except for a few hours on major holidays).

I've been a member of the 24 Hour Fitness at 144th and F since it opened in 2001. The ONLY time the gym closes is Thanksgiving Day, Chritmas Eve after 6PM and on Christmas Day..Other than that, it's open 24/7..
