It's kind of sad really. They've started that neighborhood well over a year ago, and I haven't seen anything but model homes go up in the past 9 months of that.
Hopefully things will jumpstart when SLTC is done. But the Shadow Lake neighborhood (south of SLTC) seems to be booming already.
