If you are talking about out near Q street I blieve there are two projects. One is a Medical building I believe. The other will be more strip development with a fitness center of some type in part of it.

nebugeater is right. The strip mall is Hawthorne Building IV with Premier Fitness and an open bay at 17725 Welch Plaza.
The other building which will be open Spring 2007 is going to be Hawthorne Court Physicians Clinic - 17675 Welch Plaza - part of the Methodist Physicians Clinic.

I was over that way on Sunday. It looks like the building that is labeled as re plate Lot 1 is well under way to being built too. Hadn't noticed it before. Not sure what it will be and didn't see any signs.
