Jimmie John's is down there? |expletive| son, that's only a mile from my house. I gotta get down there when I get back.

This center is near my house, and I've noticed the Jimmy John's is always packed - I'm a big fan, so I've already been there several times. The new building is going up quickly. It's being offered for lease by Coldwell Banker Commercial World Group. It's nice to see so much high-quality retail construction going into that part of town.

I think we can thank Village Pointe for raising the bar on retail center construction standards... it's opening has triggered a flurry of strip center renovations across the metro... and of course it's showing up in new construction as well.

I would agree with that. They definitely fixed up the retail center (Montclair may be the name) where the Sports Authority is at 132nd and Center. One Pacific Place and the strip center on 144th and Center also look a lot better now.

I posted a bunch of pictures on this forum of all the different stripmalls that have been redone lately.

And add to the List....hopefully Fredrick Square, there is now a Darland Construction Trailer in Front.

25 Units Apartments. Looks to be an addition to the existing 2 building community of Village at Mission Pines.
Permits in August 2020 and out for bid. Sorry to insert into your retail thread but no prior post for these.
This will be just west of Taco Bell at 169th & Harrison.

and these are the existing apartments.

Heard the Cheeseburgers here is relocating. They're closed and have a sign in the window to that effect.

Looks like they moved inside Blue Sky Patio & Pickleball at 10730 Pacific St.

Looks like they moved inside Blue Sky Patio & Pickleball at 10730 Pacific St.

They've been at Blue Sky since it opened..... This is not a new location for them. Maybe just consolidating down to there and their Blackstone location?

I just don't recall seeing it listed on their website until after they closed the Harrison Street location, but I could be mistaken. That happens a lot.
