I'm kind of drawing a blank on where this is exactly but anything new on Leavenworth st would be welcome.

Is it the building on the northeast corner that had the haunted house last fall? The one with the crazy clown face?

There needs to be SOMEPLACE for these kids to go so they're not hanging out on every business stoop downtown after close. I know they're just trying to have a little harmless fun, but until you've had a pack of them hanging outside your door for an hour, you have not experienced annoying.

Good luck with insurance for a private skate park, though.

I know this is not funny, but right now I'm laughing so hard I can barely type and my co-workers are looking at me like I've really lost it! :)

I bet they sent him 144 $500 American Check certificates. Those things really look real.

From the same article:
"I have to start over in a different way which is what people have to do in life sometimes," says Williamsen, who adds his dream of building an indoor skateboard park is a lot like skateboarding. After a fall, you get up and push on.
