The Shoppes at Biltmore

They have been starting some sort of construction on the Northeast Corner of the Biltmore & Vanderbilt Apartments. I've been trying to figure out what's going in there, and drove by today and now there's a sign announcing "The Shoppes at Biltmore". Anyone have any information on this project? It's really not that big of space, so I'm not sure what will fit there.

So far only a coffee shop has a place here.

The developer is trying to squeeze in as much as possible... A Quiznos is going to be there and an ATM kiosk next to the coffee drive through as well.

I heard Slosburg is looking for items (coffee house, dry cleaning, etc.) that the residents of their apartments may want a bit closer.

It took them how long to figure that out??? Maybe they could actually build the apartments with ground floor retail to begin with.......
