Five-story, 19 unit condominium project planned at 8123 Farnam (east of Methodist Hospital)... ranging in price from $400k to $1 million, 1,235 to 3,100 sq feet. Heated, first floor parking, elevator service, Hearthside club for entertaining, 13 foot ceilings and expansive windows. Construction to begin 'late next spring'.

Nice infill project. Anytime a multi-story building is built, especially a multi-story residential, east of 6-80 I think this is a very positive step for the city. Density is a good thing.

Maybe that means that all of the units are sold and construction is ready to begin.

unfortunately it is more likely that it is canceled.

Farnam Woods was going for $400 a sq/ft. I don't know if it's dead or not, I think it might be on hold until either the market picks up they see 80 start going up. Oh, and 80 Dodge is going for about $260 a sq/ft on average currently.

Its dead. The adjacent medical office is buying it to expand its parking lot.

Thats what I guessed then the website was shut down too. There is room in that neighborhood for other condo projects. There are some huge lots with little old houses on them. That was a "small" lot to begin with.
