First time I've seen this completed, was in Lincoln today. Finally a new highrise building for Lincoln after decades of having a stagnant skyline. It really helps the skyline even at just 257 ft.

Seem super reasonable for what you're getting! I'm surprised this has been on zillow so long! There are only 3 listing in downtown lincoln over 600k right now. Either the market for high end downtown living doesn't exist in lincoln or the demand far out paces supply.

Here in Des Moines, there is way more demand than there is supply in the downtown high end market, wonder if Lincoln is the same?
