I think everyone on here knows that businesses such as this one are a blight on our community. The lawsuit (I gave up after reading the first 10 pages) reads like a trashy novel, which is not how legal pleadings are supposed to be drafted and presented in a court of law. I note that the retained law firm is out of New York City. Maybe that explains it.

Yeah it's really hard to take that lawsuit seriously after reading this. Doesn't seem to be written by an actual lawyer. Or at least by one I'd be comfortable representing me in a legitimate lawsuit.

I saw that too! How bad are these places if someone in Lincoln is trying to shut down one in Omaha? I mean do customers honestly travel 50 miles to choose one over the other? FYI, Club 180 STILL has Two Fine Irishmen on the outside for signage and basically a post-it note on the door for their business.

From a practical point of view if one lived out west near Club180 and that was no longer an option any more, a Lincoln strip club may be just as easy to get to as driving to the Playhouse. Plus, for an event like a bachelor/bachelorette party, etc that could bring in more $$, I'd guess anything in the Omaha/Lincoln area would be on the table. Tbh, it's not like driving between the two is all too different than driving from one side of KC or Minneapolis to the other.

Fair point. I live in Gretna and driving to Lincoln or driving to CB are kind of a toss-up. I imagine that's true for many people in extreme southwest corner of the metro.

They aren't doing well for what could be multiple reasons. Seems people have less expendable income to throw at strippers and the mentality is changing that less people want to go to clubs. Similar to bars and restaurants that people aren't finding it worth it to go out and spend money anymore.
